Established in 1964, Mutchler Bartram Architects is a comprehensive Architecture and Interior Design firm with well-rounded experience on a wide variety of projects.  In 1980, MBA began offering Construction Management services through a subsidiary, MBA Development Company, to better serve our clients needs.  Since then MBA has construction managed over $500 million worth of construction projects in the Fargo Moorhead and surrounding area.  MBA currently employees over 40 people and is staffed to meet the needs of a variety of project types and sizes.

Our approach to a successful project is a “Team Effort” concept.  We like to involve you, the project user, in the construction process as much as possible.  The more owner provided information we have to work with the more responsive and successful your project will be.

We assign a Construction Manager, Principal Architect and Field Superintendent to each project.  The Construction Manager works closely with the Project Architect during design and construction.  With this method, there are always at least two Construction Managers in our office intimately familiar with your project to answer questions, coordinate consultants and keep the project moving forward at all times.
